Parents Gateway
Parents Gateway (PG) is a mobile app specially designed for parents. The app allows parents to receive information and perform a range of administrative functions including receiving announcements from school, giving consent for school programmes and activities, as well as declaration of travel plans.
You may download the free PG mobile app on your mobile phone (available on iOS and Android platforms) and perform a simple one-time on boarding process. Please refer to the following documents for additional information:
Student Details Form
As your child/ward will be starting primary one in January 2026, the Ministry of Education (MOE) would like to collect necessary information about you and your child/ward to provide educational services for your child/ward in our schools.
Access the Student Details Form through Parents Gateway (Services tab) or via the Student Details Form portal. Either parent may log in to submit the required details.
Please submit the information through the online Student Details Form portal from 10.00 am, 1 Dec 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
GIRO
Sign up for MOE GIRO scheme to enjoy these benefits:
Hassle-free payments for school charges (where Edusave funds cannot be used) and enrichment programmes (when Edusave funds are insufficient).
Eliminate manual payments or the need for your child to carry excess cash to schools.
Facilitate disbursements (e.g. school awards) or refunds (e.g. cancellation of programmes or excess payments).
Parents can sign up for GIRO arrangement for payment of school fees and charges via Parents Gateway (under Services tab) or online at MOE eGIRO page. For details, please refer to eGIRO user guide.
If a successful GIRO application is made by 27 Jan 2026, the first deduction will occur on 26 Feb 2026, covering both January and February fees.
Edusave Account
All Singapore Citizen (SC) students have an Edusave account automatically opened for them and receive a yearly contribution. Parents can sign up for the Edusave standing order to use their child’s Edusave account to pay miscellaneous fees and enrichment programmes to reduce their cash out-of-pocket expenses.
Application is to be made via Parents Gateway (under Services tab) or the online Standing Order for Use of Edusave Account At Govt / Govt-Aided School (wef June 2025) | FormSG.

You need to submit the standing order form by 20 Jan 2026 for it to take effect in the January-February MOE bill. You will receive an email notification regarding successful or unsuccessful activation by the end of January.
MOE Financial Assistance Scheme
Application for the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme can be made online at https://go.gov.sg/moe-efasggas.
While applications are accepted throughout the year, we encourage you to apply by 20 November 2025 to ensure that your child can collect the free textbooks and uniform during the allocated collection period from 15 to 17 Dec 2025.

School Textbooks and Uniform

Parents are encouraged to place online orders and choose either home delivery or self-collection in school. The dates for collection of pre-ordered textbooks and/or uniforms are as shown in the table.
For walk-in without pre-order, please print out and complete the Name Tag Form and submit it to the bookshop staff.

Note: Do not purchase textbooks and uniforms if you are applying for financial assistance (FAS), as successful applicants will enjoy free textbooks and uniforms. There will be no reimbursement or retrospective subsidies provided in respect of expenditure items provided under FAS.
School-based Student Care

Travel Declaration
If your child is travelling during the school holidays, please declare his/her travel plans via Parents Gateway (under Services tab). If your child is not travelling during the holidays, no action is required. Only one parent is required to make the declaration.
POSB Smart Buddy
The school canteen stalls and bookshop accept cashless payment via the Smart Buddy watch/card as well as ezlink card. To help your children cultivate good money habits, you may sign up for the Smart Buddy via go.posb.com.sg/sb-pg.
