Application Procedure

1. Download and complete the Application. You may also request a hard copy of the Application Form from the School’s General Office.

• Application Form for Individual stallholder

2. Attach the following documents together with the application form:

• Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back);

• List of proposed menu and pricing for all items; and

• Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Food Safety Course Level 1, etc.

3. Submit the completed application form and documents by the closing date via email OR to the School's General Office.

4. How to get to the school?

• Nearest MRT: Sembawang Station (NS11) – 10 minutes walking distance

• Suggested Bus numbers: 856, 980, 882

5. Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident for stallholder

• Able to provide good service and quality food with prices determined in consultation with the school

• Able to provide cooked food that meets the health / nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the "Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)" guidelines (see link – link to Healthy Meals in Schools Programme).

• Able to maintain a high standard of food safety and personal hygiene

• Be healthy and fit to operate the stall

• Must be in personal attendance at the stall

6. Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Committee at the applicant's own expense.
